Rock out for a good cause! Enjoy live music with the Alderney Rock Trust, raising funds for island charities like Alderney Cancer Relief.

Cavalcade Day

Watch as floats parade down Victoria Street, leading to The Butes, where you’ll find food stalls, games, family activities, and plenty of fun!

Man Powered Flight

Brave competitors launch themselves off Douglas Quay in homemade flying contraptions! Whether you soar or splash, the crowd is guaranteed a good laugh.

Daft Raft Race

Team Leader

Vicky has strong ties to the Alderney community, known for her charity work and taking part in events like Stars in Their Eyes.

Wayne Chandler

Team Leader

Wayne is a plumbing and heating engineer and former RNLI crew member, recognised for his part in a Fort Clonque sea rescue.

Claire Digney Capazario

Team Member

Miss Alderney 1998, Claire now helps lead Alderney Week and supports The Georgian House, all while raising two children she’s incredibly proud of.

Kimberley, a dedicated HCA and proud mum, has been a key part of the Alderney Week committee since 2022 and supports several local charities.

When is Alderney Week 2025?

Alderney Week 2025 will take place from Monday, 4th August to Saturday, 9th August. It starts with Cavalcade Day on Monday and ends with the Torchlight Procession on Saturday night. Many visitors arrive a week early and stay after the event to fully enjoy the island.

How do I get to Alderney?

By Air: Fly with Aurigny Airlines from Guernsey or Southampton, or charter a plane for groups. By Ferry: Travel from Guernsey to Alderney by ferry. By Private Boat: Sail to Alderney and moor in Braye Harbour (though availability may vary).

Where can I stay?

Alderney offers a range of accommodation: - Hotels & B&Bs – Book early as they fill up fast! - Camping & Glamping – Bespoke glamping packages available. - Holiday Rentals – Check with Bell & Co Estate Agents or Airbnb for local stays.

How can I volunteer or support Alderney Week?
